Charlie and I are shooting. I have rehearsed with K, but we haven't shot together yet, so it should be fun finally getting her and my Prosecutor on screen together. And since I could use a hand, I might even venture out to a local film meeting this Sunday. I know, I know, still a little apprehensive about things there, but people seem to be willing to be helpful, so what have I got to lose.

The Karamu thing tired me out a little bit more than I expected. it was supposed to be a break, but I keep having to jump back into producer mode all the time. I did talk a cool guy who wants to help out on the business and artistic side of things.

Things are going good, but there is still a lot of work to do.

I am still waiting for my second wind.

Sometimes I want to quit. Had an experience that made me wonder why I even try to do things in this city. Yet, I pushed past it. I hvae come this far and there are a lot of good things happening with the series. I can't share all of them here, but when they become known, they will become known. As for the "experience," it made me think of how much things change and yet how much they remain the same. Still, the main thing is to continue in the way things are and not let narrow minded people close up things.

I have a 9am meeting at Lucys. I really hate mornings, but it does mean things get done.

I have been doing a staged reading and while it was fun, I had other things on my mind at the read through tonight. I couldn't focus and it showed. While I would like to focus on just one side of things, I don't have that luxury yet. Although if things go the way they are going, then I will be able to focus on just being creative. That is the plan.
