Friday was nice. Had lunch with the Italian. She's nice. Nice to get way from the movie biz for a while. I have a ton of stuff to do today on the TV Show. Meeting with some people about some cash. So, all is good right now. Just I have been trying to prioritize things lately and unfortunately that means I have to focus on getting a lot of business things up and running. Someone had called me about doing something for them, but I can't even think of that cause there is a ton of things to do. I was talking to my Consigliere and we discussed how sometimes people need you and when you needed them they weren't there, s o you have to keep that in mind and plan accordingly. If you aren't a priority to them, then why should they be one to you. True. And I have a lot to do and if I get sidetracked, then I won't get it done and let down my current investors and my interns and staff and all would have been for nothing.

The Italian girl is a welcome distraction though. Besides it was nice to be on a real date. Almost forgot how pleasant those things can be. Can't work all the time anyway. That just drives one mad.

Well, got some meetings to get ready for today and also going to try and stay out of the sun today.

It was a long day. I had somewhere to go in the evening, but the sun wore me out today. I have to remember to put on sunblock when I go out. A lot of sun doesn't do nocturnal people like me any good. Managed to find some shade in the arcade when I had lunch with my Consigliere. We talked about some things. I had a lunch date with a very attractive Italian girl today. We are having lunch this coming Friday. It was good to get away from the movie biz for a while.

I have the Ryze event coming up. I have met a ton of people since joining it. The business community has been very supportive. Of course, I am not in competition with any of them, so it is a lot different than the artistic community here.

Going to screen the pilot for "Out of Darkness" (a.k.a. "Dark") this month. It looks pretty good. Thanks to Matt. Still have to add those effects.

I feel a bit removed from creative things lately. I have been doing nothing, but business meetings lately. While it is nice and I do need to be in touch with the business community, I do need to do something artistic. I got the auditions coming up as well. Have to broaden things. I really doubt I can find my lead Latina here. Last time I found Angie it was a New York girl.

Oh, and I got my home site back. Well, in a way. I now have www.alexpmichaels.com The person who bought www.alexmichaels.com has done nothing with it. What a waste.

Have a lot more business stuff to do. Matt is coming by tomorrow, so I get a chance to see the pilot and we can add some effects to it.

I'm looking forward to Friday.

Oh, on the blonde front. I ran into a little blonde I had worked with a while ago. It was good to see her.
