Decided to blog more often. Maybe every other day. Have a meeting with SH, a reporter from a college. The days have been kind of busy lately. Meeting with interns, mostly via e-mail. I have one aboard working on the site. He's a good chap and talented.

Been doing a lot of networking meetings. Decided to do at least 4 per month. And I am finally back into editing. Still need some hard drive space, but I got a new editing device which captures DV MPG files. I conver them to DV AVIs and go into Premiere to edit.

About a week ago, I shot a final scene for "Out of Darkness." It was with a girl who I met on-line through a modeling site. She was nice to work with.

All in all, there is a lot to do with Prelude2Cinema, so I am keeping busy. I am helping to produce a teen summer camp movie later. Yes, you heard me right. Decided I had to do something a little bit lighter than my stuff. I am not writing it. Some teen girl I met on-line is doing it. We have met a few times.

I had an offer to work on someone else's movies, but I wasn't into the subject and honestly I don't think I would have gotten anything out of the deal. There are two reasons why anyone makes a movie.

1. To see the story come to live.
2. To get something out of it (fame and fortune)

Number 1. I really hated the storyline.
Number 2. I would have gotten nothing out of it, even if I had a tight contract, and it would have taken me away from the things I have to do with Prelude2Cinema.

Trying to stay focused here.

Still I could use a life outside the company right now. As the saying goes, I am looking for Miss Right (or Miss Right now).
